Location in a bayside former military base provides Hamilton Landing with access to a range of amenities enjoyed by few office developments.  The community’s baseball fields, soccer fields, community center, swimming pool, etc, are all available for use by the tenants of Hamilton Landing. A highly impressive branch of the Marin YMCA is located in Hangar 3.

There are over 1,000 acres of wetlands and open space within the Hamilton community.  This provides numerous scenic biking, jogging, and hiking trails around Hamilton Landing.
